Chuck Holliday (born Charles Williams) is an award-winning New York City commercial photographer, television producer, and sometime-fashion publication executive. He is best known for his professional reputation of freelancing exclusive projects inside the world of commercial photography and Television Production. As the Founder of his own Multimedia company known as CHELCA, he specializes in the business of digital production, post-production editing and arrangement.

Once a Banker employed at Bank of New York, the Brooklyn native has earned respect as a freelance professional in each of his responsibilities working as the production force in the areas of Fashion Modeling, Commercial Modeling, Business Press Kits, and Web TV Programming.

As a Television Producer, Chuck is in charge of audio engineering, production arrangement, and line production on behalf of established professionals & corporate clientele. He has been qualified in digital production since 2003 and soon became a business personality most recognized for his passion, self-motivation, and ability to maintain an easy going attitude while on the job. He manages a low-profile and is based in New York City.

Chuck is the founder of Digital First Strategies and CHELCA, and is the co-founder of Urban Renewal Media/URMEG and All World Corporation.
